NO PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED: Returns must be sent to the above address and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip that clearly indicates invoice number and purchase date for all titles returned. If above information is NOT provided, books will be returned to customer at customer's expense.

Overstocked titles will be accepted on a one-time basis with no penalties if less than 65% of original purchase (per line item) is returned. Returns of 65% or more (per line item) will be charged a 10% restock fee.
NO RETURN PRIVELEGES ARE GIVEN WHEN LESS THAN SIX (6) COPIES OF A TITLE ARE ORDERED ON AN INVOICE.
Credit issued to be used against purchases.
NO CASH REFUNDS.
RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BOOKS, SHORT SHIPMENTS, INCORRECT SHIPMENTS: Customer Service should be notified immediately upon receipt, at which time instructions will be provided.
RETURN FOR COURSE CANCELLATIONS: Returns due to course cancellations will be accepted without penalty within three (3) months of invoice date if accompanied by packing slip listing course title and number. Returns made after the three-month deadline will be subjected to a restock penalty.
*SUPERSEDED EDITIONS AND OUT-OF-PRINT TITLES: The time limit for return of older editions is ninety (90) days from date title is announced OP.
CONDITION OF BOOKS RETURNED: Books must be in clean and saleable condition. Each book requiring cleaning of any kind--removal of price stickers or residue, glue, and/or charcoal markings--will incur a $.50 charge. No credit will be issued for books that are identified as PUBLISHER's complimentary copies or used books. Books that were sent to customer individually shrink-wrapped must be returned in original wrapper or a charge of $.50 per book will be assessed. Publisher's determination of condition of books returned for credit is final.
